Susan has been with the agency since 1989 and became an owner in 1991. She is the office manager, and manages technology, marketing and customer service. Her hobbies are genealogy, travel and performing in local theater.

Janna has been and agent with Hart Insurance since 2005. She enjoys starting policies for new personal lines customers and reviewing coverages for current customers. She volunteers with TeenChallenge and Absolute Ministries.

Mykel started working as an agent with Hart Insurance in college, while pursuing her business & risk management degree and rowing on the crew team at WSU.  Mykel & her sister own two Jump Start Espresso coffee shops in Federal Way.  She enjoys watching sports and spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs.

Karen has 30 years experience as an insurance agent.
In her free time, she enjoys golfing, cooking and baking.  
Maximus is her 110-pound English Golden Retriever and she has a cat Sweetpea.
She volunteers at the Tacoma Rescue mission, Salvation Army and American Cancer Society.
